Refunds: The Greek Locker Room is a no refund business. Once an order has been placed everything is final . Please adhere to size charts before completing your purchase to refrain from getting an item that is not your correct Size .

 

Damaged Items: If an item is damaged please reach out to us via email Immediately! This must be done within 7 days from receiving your item From there we will ask you to provide us with pictures to show the damage . We will then provide an exchange only for the items damaged .

 

Returned Packages : if a package is returned we will reach out to the customer to inform them via email that’s on file. We will allow 14 days for a response . If no response is given, or if the customer has failed to reach out to us , there will be no further action taken with your order. This also includes no refund.

 

Shipping Issues : Once an item has departed our facility we are no longer responsible for your package . If you have any issues with your items please contact the carrier that your package is being sent from to locate your item. If you have further questions don’t hesitate to reach out to us .

 

Exchanges : We can only make exchanges on items IF WE HAVE THE SIZE YOU NEED IN STOCK ONLY ! If interested please be sure to email us within 7 days of receiving your Initial order .
